1. Preparation and precautions before startup.
A. Check all mechanical seals, accessories and pipelines to see if they are fully installed and meet technical requirements.
B, mechanical seal before the start of static pressure test, check whether there is leakage of mechanical seal. If there are more leaks, we should find out the reasons and try to eliminate them. If it is still invalid, it should be dismantled for inspection and reinstalled. The general static pressure test pressure is 2~3 kg / square centimeter.
C, press the pump to the turning car, check whether it is light and uniform. If the barring wheel is laborious or not moving, check whether the assembly size is wrong and whether the installation is reasonable.
2. Installation and outage
A, before opening, the sealing cavity should be filled with liquid. For conveying the solidified medium, steam is used to heat the sealed cavity to melt the medium. Before starting, it must be barred to prevent sudden start and cause soft ring cracking.
B, for the mechanical seal of the oil sealing system outside the pump, the oil seal system should be activated first. Stop the sealing system after stopping.
C. The cooling water of the sealing chamber and the end face seal can not be stopped immediately after the shutdown of the hot oil pump. The cooling water can be stopped only when the oil temperature at the end face seal is below 80 degrees, so as to avoid damaging the sealing parts.
3. Operation
A, if there is a slight leakage after starting the pump, it should be observed for some time. If continuous operation for 4 hours, leakage does not decrease, then pump inspection should be stopped.
B, pump operation pressure should be stable, pressure fluctuation is not greater than 1 kg / square centimeter.
C, pump in operation, should avoid evacuating phenomenon, so as not to cause the sealing surface dry friction and seal failure.
D, sealing condition should be checked regularly. In operation, when the leakage exceeds the standard, heavy oil is not more than 5 drops/min, light oil is not more than 10/min, if there is no improvement trend within 2-3 days, then the pump should be stopped to check the sealing device.
